After setting your preferences, UpWindRiders provides you with a personalized calendar showing the best sessions for the next 10 days. Each session is rated with stars to help you easily identify the best opportunities based on your criteria.
Can I add multiple spots?
Yes, you can add and manage multiple spots with a premium plan. You can also automate the monitoring of these spots with specific wind and tide preferences, ensuring you get the best sessions for each location.
What is a credit?
On our free plan, you can track 1 spot. Credits are the number of spots you can track simultaneously. In the case of our free plan, you have 1 credit which means you can track up only your main spot.
What is a token?
On our free plan, you have 3 tokens. Tokens allow you to add spots and update your preferences whenever you like. Every time, you add a new spot, for example, a token will be credited.

UpWindRiders.com allows you to choose from various weather models, including NOAA, ICON, and YR, ensuring precise and reliable forecasts for your sessions on any premium plan. Please note that ICON and YR are not available for all spots and regions. Whenever that’s the case, you will get NOAA data as a backup system. NOAA (that includes the GFS model) is also the more precise and trusted weather model worldwide, that is why we highly recommend it to our users.
